How To Grow
Sow a few seeds in each clump, 6mm (quarter-inch) deep. Cover with a fine layer of seed raising mix or soil, water gently. Space the clumps 20cm (8in) apart. Thin to strongest seedlings. Feed with a liquid fertilizer every 10-14 days. Water often as lettuce has shallow roots. Make successive sowings at fortnightly intervals.
